OUT OF OFFICE – GROUP COACHING TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Overview
These Terms & Conditions apply to your participation in Out of Office (the “Program”), owned and operated by Virtual Cassie ABN 30 470 473 761 (“we”, “us”, “our”).
By enrolling in the Program, you agree to these Terms.
2. The Program
Out of Office is a 10-week group coaching program designed to support you in starting your virtual assistant business.
Your access includes:
Weekly modules inside the learning portal
Weekly group Q&A calls for questions, feedback, and support
Access to the WhatsApp group chat
Templates, resources, and training materials
Ongoing access to the program content after completion
We may update or improve the Program at any time to better support students.
3. Access & Use
When you enrol, you are granted personal access to the Program.
This means:
The content is for your use only
You cannot share, copy, or distribute any materials
You cannot resell or reuse the content for your own business
If this is breached, we reserve the right to remove your access without notice.
4. Payments
Payment is required upfront or via a payment plan (if selected at checkout).
By choosing a payment plan, you agree to complete all payments in full.
All prices are in AUD unless stated otherwise.
5. Refund Policy
All sales are final.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind or change in circumstances.
If you are unable to participate, we may (at our discretion) offer you a place in a future intake.
6. Group Coaching & Support
Group Q&A calls are held at set times and cannot be rescheduled.
These calls are for:
asking questions
getting feedback
support as you move through the program
They are not a substitute for personalised 1:1 consulting, therapy, or financial advice.
7. Community Guidelines
By participating in the WhatsApp group and live calls, you agree to:
Be respectful to others
Keep conversations appropriate and supportive
Maintain confidentiality of anything shared by other participants
We reserve the right to remove anyone who disrupts the space or breaches these expectations.
8. Confidentiality
Anything shared by other participants inside the Program (calls, chat, etc.) must remain private.
You agree not to share or disclose any personal, business, or sensitive information shared within the group.
9. No Guarantees
We provide the tools, strategies, and support to help you start your VA business.
However:
Results are not guaranteed
Your outcomes depend on your effort, consistency, and external factors
You acknowledge that your results are your responsibility.
10. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for:
any decisions you make based on the Program
any business outcomes or lack thereof
any indirect or consequential loss
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Program.
11. Intellectual Property
All content within the Program remains our intellectual property.
You may not:
copy, reproduce, or share materials
use content for commercial purposes
distribute templates or resources
12. Platform & Access
The Program is delivered via third-party platforms (e.g. ThriveCart Learn, WhatsApp, Google Meet).
By participating, you agree to comply with the terms of those platforms.
We are not responsible for platform outages or technical issues outside our control.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms or the Program at any time.
Continued participation means you accept those updates.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
